Hi, I’m Jennifer and I’m a designer.

Having very recently set up on my own, I’m currently in the process of starting an exciting venture producing my own home textiles (so please excuse the lack of content on my site).

I have a degree in Surface Pattern design, which I gained at Staffordshire University, graduating in 2008 with First Class Honours. My degree gave my an excellent grounding in design for a wide array of projects.

After exhibiting at New Designers and undertaking work experience placements in the design studios of George at Asda and Hallmark Cards, I was employed as part of the Creative Team at Emma Bridgewater.

During my 4 years at Bridgewater, I worked closely with Emma and her husband Matthew Rice. I turned my hand to so many things, from producing graphics for ceramics, textiles and packaging, assisted with lifestyle photography shoots for the product catalogue, to working on preparations for Royal visits from HRH The Prince of Wales and HRH The Duke of York….and everything in between.

Having learnt so much from my time at Emma Bridgewater, I decided it was time to start an adventure of my very own.

So here’s to the exciting year ahead. Pop back soon and see what I’m up to!
